The number of students assigned to a course differs according to the type of course. A One-to-One course has 1 student, and a group course may have 4-15 students on average. Some classes may be bigger, which allows even more interaction!
How can I pay for my course?
You can pay for the course by any of the following methods: Cash in our branch ,bank transfer or by credit card ( visa – master )
What is your refund policy?
Our refund policy depends on the cancellation of the course. The refund amount according to the cancellation time is as follows:
- Cancellation in 7 or more days before the start of course = 100% refund of the course fee
- Cancellation in 6 or fewer days before the start of the course = no refund
- Cancellation attendance after the start of a group course forfeits the right to claiming any refund or attending a different course
- Cancelling an ongoing One-to-One or Duo Learning course forfeits the right to claiming any refund

In rare cases, courses may be postponed due to unexpected number of students, conflicting schedules, sickness, or unforeseen changes. Should this be the case, we will ensure that you are informed well in advance and are up to date with the course status.
Do you have courses on the weekend?
Yes, we do! We have courses that take place on Friday and Saturday.
What happens if I miss a class?
If you miss a class, we can send the material for that lesson to you and you may seek the help of the instructor for 5-10 minutes to find out what you may have missed. You also have the option of taking a private, one-hour class with the tutor for a small additional fee.
How do I get in touch with the provider of the course I have purchased?
Your purchase confirmation email will include the contact details of the course provider. We also send the provider your contact details and your unique Purchase Reference number when you make the purchase so that they can get in touch with you if required. The Purchase Reference number can be used in your communications with the course provider.

What happens after I buy the course on your website?

For online courses course, delivery and fulfillment are the sole responsibility of the course provider. Unity Education Consultancy simply acts as a booking platform connecting you to the course provider. The course provider reserves the right to change the course content at any time.
